Opening hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Rules of use:
The Documentation Centre and Library furnishes information for all the employees of MÁV and every Hungarian citizen.
The registration is free for railwaymen,
500 HUF/year for students and pensioners a
1100 HUF/year for others.
Students must have certification from university or college.
Lending:
Term of lending of books, translations and rapports ERRI
- 1 month, max. volume - 5 pieces
Term of lending of research rapports of MAV or leaflets of UIC
- two weeks, max. volume - 5 pieces
Reference library and periodicals aren't borrowable.
Photocopies can be made from periodicals.
Preparing of the photocopies of articles is
- free for employees of MÁV,
- paid for other citizens
The borrower bear all the material responsibilities for library documents.
