The Documentation Centre and Library belongs to the Office of Administration and Documentation.

Library: number of catalogued publications amounts to 30000 documents. The scope of collections of the library covers the whole range of national technical literature related to railway transport and selected collection of the international technical literature.
Thematic collections of the library cover all the fields of MÁV activities and verging branches of science as f.e.: mechanics, transport law, informatics, physics etc.
Processing of the documents is done by integral library software: Dr.Lib.
