The structure of STI center of the Joint Stock Company National Company “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” includes the Central Administrative board on technical policy, consolidating STI regional centers, centers of rationalization and library service and line information and technical libraries. The tasks of supplying experts and high – ranking officials with information are achieved by acquisition and timely bringing reference – information and library funds of these centers and libraries to users.
